Ensuring the inclusion and effective management of diverse suppliers as a part of the sourcing and procurement process is not just the right thing to do, but is also hugely beneficial to organisations. Whilst supplier diversity can bring savings and efficiencies, many organisations do not know where to start in building a diverse supply chain, nor do they know what a good diverse supply chain looks like.
