The UK National GO Awards 2023/24 are a unique opportunity to showcase the innovations, initiatives and advancements that make the UK a world leader in smart and effective public procurement.

This year several new categories have been added to the list, reflecting the diversity of procurement across the UK’s public sector. NEW! Sustainable Procurement Award

Open to: Public sector organisations and private/voluntary organisations from the UK with documented support from a sponsoring authority ‒ for example, a written statement with the name and position of the sponsor, either within the submission or as an attachment.

Social Value Award

Open to: Public sector organisations and private/voluntary organisations with documented support from a sponsoring authority ‒ for example, a written statement with the name and position of the sponsor, either within the submission or as an attachment.

NEW! Developing Supplier Diversity Award

Open to: Public sector organisations

NEW! Contractor of the Year Award

Open to: Private sector organisations who have been nominated by a contracting authority.

Contract and Supplier Management Award

Open to: Public sector organisations

Collaborative Procurement Initiative Award

Open to: Public sector organisations, collaborating with other public or private sector organisations in the UK.

Individual of the Year Award

Open to: Individuals working within a public sector organisation.

Procurement Team of the Year Award

Open to: Public sector organisations or public organisations working in partnership with the private or voluntary sector.

Procurement Delivery Award

Open to: Public sector organisations

GO Excellence Award

Open to: Not open to enter. Winner announced on the night
